My surgery decided to issue this monitor to its diabetics for home testing in order that when a re-prescription for the testing strip was required there was no confusion as to whose strips to supply. I have no problem with this, the machine is simple to use. The manufactures state that the results can be downloaded on to a computer on TRUE manager software by means of a docking station. Can I get hold of a docking station? NO. Despite many emails to the manufacturer I have had one automated reply stating my query would be passed to the correct department. I've still heard nothing and will soon be changing testers.
