Help change the future for type 2 diabetes treatment
Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) affects millions of people.
That’s why Synexus - a Dedicated Research Organisation committed to helping find relief for people suffering from all kinds of conditions - is currently conducting a range of heart disease studies designed to assess the effectiveness of cholesterol and diabetes medications.
If you are interested in taking part in a clinical trial, then Synexus would like to hear from you.

This study may be suitable for you if:
- You are 30 years of age or over
- Diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes
- Take a statin for raised cholesterol
- Live within a 30 mile radius of the participating centres (see below)
The first step is a telephone screen and then you would be invited to your local Synexus clinic for a cardiovascular health check with one of our Doctors or Nurses.
There is no preparation needed and we would book it for a date and time to suit yourself. You can bring a friend or relative with you if you like.
After this, the Doctor or Nurse in conjunction with a review of your medical history and cardiovascular health check results will run through any study options and invite you back at a later date if you wanted to find out more.
