When I look at a photo like the one on this news article I'm pleased that my daughter takes a packed lunch to school each day. The meal photographed is unbalanced, there's not enough fruit and veg and too much carb. If our children are growing up learning that this type of meal is acceptable then it's no wonder so many people are confused about how to eat well.
