As a type two diabetic can anyone tell me if it is okay to take Milk Thistle capsules and Probiotic Acidophilus together. As well as my own medication.

I suggest you ask your local Pharmacist as there could be interactions between these supplements and your own medications.

I find this to be a good site for checking herbal remedies and supplements for interactions:
http://www.umm.edu/altmed/Scroll down and click on either 'herbs' or 'supplements'. It will give you a list and you can choose the one you want to check.
It's a very handy reference site.
