Good evening everybody,
I have been type 1 diabetic since 1998. I was diagnosed some 2 years after leaving the military, I have, for the last 10 years been self employed as a security training consultant. I am exited at the opportunity to take part in some interesting discussions on the forum. Oh nearly forgot I live in Wales.

Hello Mark ... glad you found this forum ... I only found it myself a few weeks ago when I was diagnosed with T2 and I don't know what I'd have done without it. I'm sure you've got some experience to share with us all and that you'll gain benefit from being a member of the forum.
