I've often heard about hemp seeds having great health benefits because of their very high Omega 3 and 6 and also the effect on regulating the metabolism. I was wondering whether anyone on this forum uses them and if so how do they incorporate them into the diet?

I do, rarely. One of my favourite meals is four berries (straw, blue, black and rasp) with Greek yogurt, flax and chia seeds. I will very rarely exchange the flax for hemp. The reason it is a very rare thing, is personally I prefer flax to hemp. I don't actively dislike it, but it's not my first choice.

Can't say I've used hemp seeds but do like pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, I'll have a look next time I'm in Holland & Barrett

It's with the other Linwood products, like the flax etc.
