Please note the lecture hall holds 200 - we have invited Gp's, specialist nurses, podiatrist and consultants from MDT (Multi Disiplinary Teams) from across Surrey along with people with diabetes who have concerns regarding their feet, carers also welcome.
The event is free - Donations in the Diabetes UK collection boxes would be much appriciated on the night.
The prime purpose of this event is to diseminate information to people with diabetes on how to avoid feet problems.
Currently 80% of amputation could be avoided with early intervention & the correct treatment.
