Type 2 Diet controlled. Last HBA1c 5.2. Following low GI diet.

The sample size was 11. Seven of those were reported to have been 'cured'.

As all my hbac1's since 3 months after diagnosis have been in the 5%'s I guess they would say I have been
cured too, but if I ate a plate of mashed potato and pasta I'd be diabetic again, funny that eh?

Latest HbA1c 32 (5.1%) - 500mg Metformin bi daily & Diet ~ reduced carb, portion control and low GI carbs where possible
