Exercise good for diabetes person. It help to control and keep its impact minimum. Exercise increase the body power against many diseases. I do work out regular for 30 mints daily and then take breakfast. diabetes person need to very conscious about eating. He must eat after getting full knowledge about it. Sugar must be use in a minimum quantity and sue more fruits but those which have less sugar.
