I was out with our daughter today visiting various venues for her wedding reception, when reading through one brochure after our visit, we were in fits over 'coq au van' which was on offer as a main course!
Diagnosed May 2012 HBA1C - 15.4
August 2012 HBA1C - 7.7
Diet only control with low carb/low glycemic load
Lost 21lbs down 2 dress sizes
19/11/12 - HBA1C - 6.4
Further 7lbs lost
