Diasend HOME is medical information software that can be used by patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) so that patients can send information from their home. Conversely, and HCPs can access it and give feedback and advice, avoiding clinic visits.

Diasend Personal transmits, stores and transmits your blood sugar readings and even your insulin pump doses (if you’re on one).

The Diasend device in your home sends information wirelessly to diasend.com to which you allow access to nominated HCPs who can take a look and get back to you.
