We get so many mixed messages about what to eat and what not to eat
I sat and watched a program which many of you may have seen, called the Game Changers. The program champions the Vegan diet and highlights the achievements made by various athletes when removing meat and dairy from their regimes. It's worth watching.
It got me wondering, how can the High Fat Low Carb diet be reconciled against the Vegan diet reconcile life style discussed in the program.
