- T2&#039;s need access to BG testing facilities<br />
- Obesity doesn&#039;t specifically cause diabetes<br />
-Metformin is miserable<br />
- Carbs are the enemy.<br />
- The Eatwell Plate is wrong.<br />
- NHS diabetes education is outdated.<br />

I myself was afraid to have sex when i was first diagnosed then after a few months i started to drink lucozade if i thought sex was on the cards. I have suffered several times with hypos during sex and its not a great turn on for either me or my partner when all we can think about is weather i am going to have a hypo or not. Does this effect anyone else or is it just me...<br />

Being as the diabetic problem is a global problem it makes me wonder why different areas assign different number systems.  In the UK 5 is not bad whereas in the USA 90 is deemed not bad.  I admit after a few years it gets easier to convert but wish my meter did it automatically.<br />

As I wasn&#039;t certain how to use it I went on line and ended up on the website of Elkay the suppliers.       <content:encoded><![CDATA[When I worked with the benzo.org group many years ago, I was aware of the dangerous withdrawal from clonazepam, more so than the other benzos-- e.g. Xanax.  The effects on me after one month w/d was clonic seizures.   I learned that you cannot get off this drug.<br />
