I am wondering if anyone here is a driving instructor and can give me some advice?<br />
I was diagnosed type 2 just over a year ago aged 24. I have been havine issues controlling my sugars and even on medication I&#039;m still suffering.<br />
My GP has said there is a high chance that I&#039;m type 1 and not type 2 but is not willing to test to find out (i am back tonight withy husband to lodge a complaint)<br />

i have been T1 for 17 years and also suffer form other complications from diabetes, like autonomic nervous system issue and all the usual stuff. i recently suffered a twisted ankle, or so i thought, which in fact turned out to be broken in two places and has triggered chacot foot. <br />

I&#039;ve done a lot of different things - vocals, drums, bass in various bands, choirs (you&#039;ll see the choir I was in on Pitch Battle on BBC One) and now I&#039;m an acoustic singer songwriter.<br />

I have to fill in a medical questionnaire and take it with me to interview in sealed envelope. OK to declare type 1 and high blood pressure (all controlled well) but its asking me if I give permission for my GP to release my medical records. It is also asking about time off work in the last 12 months. Do I need to declare this?
