Hi Admin. I am a parent of a recently diagnosed (T1) daughter who just amazes us by how well she is doing. She has started to live her life again and it's great to see after the initial shock last year. I'm not doing quite so well!!

Heya try posting on the forum as few will see your post here, easier to find other parents too, kids are adaptable they cope better than we do worry about the future, they tend to live in the present which makes it easier for them to bounce back and cope with it, there is some amazing tech now which makes life much easier

Hello. For the last 2 years my GP has said I am borderline diabetic which confuses me. Over the last 6months I have suffered with occasional blurred vision, my toe nail went back and fell off. If I get a wound it takes months to heal. I told this to a health care professional and they said I need to get a second opinion on my so called borderline diabetes. What should I do. I am so confused

Hi Admin, I’m a PhD student currently recruiting participants for an interview study - I was wondering whether it would be possible to share my study advertisement poster on the forum? My study has received NHS REC, HRA and university ethical approval. Please could you let me know how to request approval to post my study on the forum, as I can't seem to find this information on the website. Many thanks, Rebecca.
Hi Admin, sorry, I have tried to find the answer to this myself before asking you. Do you allow student surveys to be posted on the forum, and if so, how do I get permission please? I can send you a Gatekeeper letter, and a Research Ethics Committee letter of approval. Our assignment deadline is looming and we have very few responses to far to our questionnaire, so I am that you will be able to help. Thanks.

Hi Kevin, @Administrator will get back to you, but it can take a few days.
It won't be a problem to have your name changed, but it's something only Administrator can do, us moderators can not.
