U will need to ring the dvla and tell them to send u the appropriate forms to fill in you will need to AV a medical with yr gp a consultant to fill in forms and blood machine to show u check yr blood sugars I use a contour Bayer as the last stage ov the process the dvla will send you to see...

Ring the dvla they will send u the forms and yes u need 3mths readings in yr meter to show the dvla independent consultants
