    Can anybody tell why hypoglycaemia occur in non diabetic person... my friend is perfectly normal and today his blood sugar level decreased and I checked and it was 85mg/dl .... he said this happens to him 2 months back but he didn't notice ....

    Yeah now I'm going to have 24 hr urine examination test .... but I'm confused and worried I don't know why kidney nephropathy start ... even I have normal levels most of times and my HbiAc is also normal but still this issue .. [emoji24]
