Hi I'm Type 2 (some 19 years now) and have a problem with my Ketones being raised (most mornings they sit at 1.2). A couple of years ago I had a serious DKA event and it has shaken me up a bit (i was on SGL2's at the time and was not made aware of the side affects (potential to cause DKA) i'm now on Metform, Reybelsus Lantus and Novo Rapid.
