Most likely it will get a bit more accurate after a day-ish. As mentioned above, even different blood meters vary a bit. You will get the hang of judging Libre accuracy. Every now and then a sensor will be ******, but most are good and they'll happily replace the odd bad one

I carry a few ketone blood strips just in case, never been higher than 0.6 though. And that was an outlyer. Even at BGL 43mmol/L, I was only 0.3 on the ketones. Still, I'd keep an eye on it since I wouldn't know what the warning signs are
