I inject in my arm as well if the situation arises. Wearing a dress makes it impossible to do that so use my upper arm and it works fine.

Any sugary drink like Fanta, Cola, Lemon is ok even a Ribena, they all contains at least 9 cubes of sugar. I prefer the gel actually, i have better result with it and fast.
