    Type 1 on levemir & novorapid in morning blood 6.7 no breakfast by lunch 18.8 then very low by late afternoon no breakfast but lunch at 12pm

    Hello @misand1 It would help if you could post this in the type 1 section on the forum as profile posts don't tend to get seen by members. I find I have to eat something small in the morning to stop my BG levels from going high, otherwise your liver will dump glucose into your bloodstream, I eat low carb in the morning so a few spoons of unsweetened greek yoghurt and blueberries does the trick for me, best wishes J
