Hi Modesty, I was thinking of trying some of your recipes for low carb wraps/tortillas. Do you know if number C, the more paleo style made with coconut flour will freeze if I make a batch, thanks, Debra

Sorry to say don't know, never tried it, but most "baking" recipes on the Swedish paleo site I've translated seems to be ok when freezing.

hi, the first book i bought was diabetes no thanks, the scandinavian diet, this is what i have been relying on to get my sugar levels down, my trend is down, my weight loss has stalled, my DN assures me this will be ok and my body is adjusting, also read quick loss is not good for the diabetes, would love to know your thoughts on this Jill

Sometimes the body needs a bit time to adjust to the new weight, being patient is not easy I know. Maybe doing 16:8, fasting 16 hours and have an 8 hour eating window or lower the carbs really low for a short period like less then 10 grams per day.
