      Hi first off don't touch the raspberry thing its dodgy and may cost you! I f you have a back problem longterm you may get some relief from a backrest, special seat to support your lower back!

      Seen a lot of adverts for raspberry ketones diet tablets, any one know if these are good or not. Thanks xx

        personally I wouldn't use diet pills as tempting as they are because what happens when you stop taking them.....you just put all the weight back on and I presume they aren't actually any good for our bodies let alone a diabetic!!xx
