"Normal" blood sugars

Hi all. Has anyone got a graph/diagram/link to what is considered "normal" (as in non diabetic) blood sugar changes throughout say a typical day? For example how food, stress, exercise may have a spike and fall effect and perhaps in what time frame. It suddenly dawned on me (as I sat there for the umpteenth time being told I wasn't normal by a HCP) that I now think, feel and breathe like a diabetic so have no idea what "normal" is anymore!! Hi Sue, the home page of this (diabetes.co.uk) website has links to blood values for types 1&2 and non-diabetic too. Sorry I'm not tech savvy enough to provide a link
