Just had my 90% chocolate melted down with double cream and 2 ultra thin small pancakes. Awaiting now for the spike, if any.
Family enjoyed my pancakes better than the ready made. A success me thinks.
I tried these for breakfast this morning, but I didn't include the sweetener - I figured the coconut milk and coconut flour would make it sweet enough. Oh, boy - they were delicious! One tip, though - let the coconut flour absorb some of the liquid for five or ten minutes before cooking. Hope you enjoy!
