Diet drinks - the artificial sweeteners taste vile.
Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
Do they "bung you up"?

I eat 2-3 eggs a day on average, mostly for breakfast.

Do these nhs recommendations make any sense? They say don't fry an egg because the fat content can increase 50%, but its OK to eat 2 eggs, an increase of 100%.
