Hi...I have the iCare advanced meter took my blood twice this morning first time it was 8.1 second it was 7.7 i had another meter My Life Pura X tested with that and it was 6.5 wish i could use the 6.5 but the icare meter was given to me by the diabetic nurse and i have to show it to her on the 23rd lol

Not to mention a little experiment yesterday where I proved my carb intolerance to a friend by eating a large sausage roll and demonstrating how my BG went from 5.0 before to 12.6 after two hours!

Blimey all that BG rise just for 1 sausage roll!!!! makes you think.
