Sesame Savory buns

@Robbity , Hi there,
Some months back, I was having a look around here for bread & food recipes & came across yours where you were saying you made those Sesame flour Savory muffins, that were great toasted. Alas, there was no recipe for them,so I was wondering if you'd care to share it with us please?

Hi, try here : http://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/threads/mug-cake.79534/#post-914371. It's a basic recipe that I use with a list of variations for all kinds of baked goodies, and it should also be in our low carb recipes thread somewhere too.

I've also made a sesame flour loaf a few times which involved 6 eggs, but I've not been able to find that recipe for you. Goggle however will find other similar ones, most of which include psyllium husks though, which I will not touch under pain of death after having had a very nasty experience with them.
