5.3 this morning. I may have what I used to call a hang over today. Last night I tried some of my two year old hedgerow wine ( a mixture of haws and rose hip ). In traditional medicine haws are meant to be good for the heart. Normally I would do a walk / cycle in the morning. This has been postponed in favour of coffee. Wishing you all a good morning / day.

Morning everyone
BG today 7.0 went out for lunch yesterday nothing naughty meat and veg small Yorkshire pudding.
Evening salmon with a small portion of actifry chips. Strawberries and reduced Creme fraiche.
This morning only had coffee. K see what tomorrow brings.
