I have been introduced to a supplement called CMO as being suitable for treating arthritic pain. I know nothing about it, but it does seem to be widely available from the usual suspects.

From what I can learn it is commonly extractd from beef lard, so may not be compatible with vegans, It is often used as an adjunct to Glucosamine, but that is itself contraindicated with T2D, so is not something I could use. According to some reviews I have read it seems successful as sole treatment for some, and with no obvious side effects, so may be useful on its own for us to consider.

It seems to act on the cartilage of the joints so is not a generalised pain relief remedy. It does seem to work with both OS and RA forms of arthritis.

I am interested if there is any user experience with using this supplement. It does not seem to have been discussed on the Forum before/
