You need to use about 2/3 or 3/4 of the bottle. You can use less wine and more cream. Just experiment. If it's a large glass which you are drinking, you might be a bit too tipsy to mind - lol!Minus 1 or 2 small or large glasses! Need to know how much this recipe leaves over for the chef

Sounds yummy! It's Scandi-lous (sorry!) that it's taken me so long to find this thread, I made the crackers last night and they're all gone, absolutely delicious! I'm going to make some more today and eat with some homemade tomato and chilli sauce, the recipe for which is below (Hope it's ok to post it)
Ingredients
6 x tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 x tbsp tomato purée
2 x medium onions, chopped
6 x chilli's, chopped (but not seeded)
1 x clove garlic, crushed
2 x tbsp white wine vinegar
1 x tbsp sweetener (I used Splenda)
Pinch of salt
Method
Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook/simmer on a low heat for 15-20 minutes, allow it to cool and put into a food blender and blitz until it's smooth. Return to the pan and simmer until it has reached the required consistency.
Delicious with steak, chicken, salad and meaty fish (i.e. Tuna)
These sound amazing. I am relieved so read they are not made of smelly flax Thank you!@mclachlang
These are the only crackers I have ever made courtesy of the lovely Ewelina, I'm sure she won't mind me posting them for you!
Almond Crackers
Ingredients (make 24 crackers):
150g ground almond
1 egg
1 tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Combine ground almond with salt
3. In a little bowl combine egg with olive oil
4. Add egg mixture to almond mixture and combine together.
5. Add some herbs or spices if you like. I added a bit of grated cheese but they taste great plain as well.
6. Roll the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper. Remove the top sheet and cut out the shapes you like. It can be squares or circles (I used shot glass to make mine). Squares are easier to make as you don’t have left over dough and don’t need to repeat the process of cutting.
7. Bake on baking paper for about 10-12 minutes.
8. Let the crackers cool down and serve with cheese or just plain.
Enjoy J

Don't know - not my recipe. The thread was cheese and crackers I think.Thank you for the crackers recipe they sound wonderful. Can you just clarify that there are 9.6 grams of carbs. I assume that is the whole mixture and not per cracker.
