Some good, some bad, some very bad :inpain:

weekly average fasting 6.1mmol/l (just before breakfast)
weekly average before lunch 6.1 mmol/l
weekly average before dinner 5.0mmol/l
weekly average post prandial peak 8.7mmol (some 1hr after, some 2hrs after, some 2.5hrs after)

I'm not really understanding why my before dinner readings are as low as they are. The highest has been 5.4 and the lowest 4.0. I test about 7pm just before we eat. There are about 3 hrs between my light breakfast and lunch, and 5 hrs between lunch and dinner. I am well aware why my average peaks are high!

I do not have diabetes
Probably because you are active between lunch and dinner and there are more than 5 hours (seems to be magic period for me). My preprandials are normally lower than my fasting like yours

I'm no more active in the afternoons than I am in the mornings. About equal I would think.
I'll try having a later lunch and see what happens.
