Questions about feet and something weird

If anyone can help me plaese I would appreciate it
I have 3 questions
1) my feet aches between my foot and toes , is this happening to anyone else ? what o you do to clear it up
2) occassionly , when i fart I accidently expell some fuid out , not sure if its dirohea or whats the problem , does it happen o anyone else , should i be worried ect ?
3) to the guys , hw do you keep your body producing sper and staying hard during sex ?

With regards to clarifying question number three.. Do you mean the mechanics of maintaining an erection & climaxing during intercourse..??

No worries Paul, I guessed the gyst.. Just clarifying for other readers that may wish to help... (Which I hope someone will have input?!)
We're all different on that score..
I've known a few partners have trouble "keeping up" on occasions..

It's a tricky subject to address without using vague & cryptic metaphors...
Your issue could just be psychological if your "experience" is successful by "yourself" for instance..?
(Please don't misunderstand my remark.. ) Are you currently in a relationship..? Just trying to get a gauge on why this subject..

I am in a relationship and my gf has been really understanding , but I feel bad cause we can't relax and enjoy it .

Health wise I have had cancer twice , started in the testicle and spread to the lung , they removed the testicle and a quarter of the lung . So to be honest I think my body has been through the wars with chemo and constantly high sugars . Maybe I am just expecting too much from it and it needs to recover abit

High sugar mess everything and nothing will be right till they are in range and you can see what symptoms are left
Tell your Dr what's going on and ask for a.referral

Jack412's advice is sound..

Key point to remember is bringing the sugar levels to a healthy parameter..
Another thing to consider which I've noticed from your profile regarding medication apart from the insulin "alot of tablets" is side effects..?
Try googling the tabs..

It's also worth considering "Viagra". I was taken aback by my Doc a couple of years back when asked how things are working in "that department" on a diabetes check up... (I'm a guy in mid fourties now.) I'm still personally a "happy bunny" on that score, considering things could malfunction.
But my Doc did mention just in case (which was good of the guy.) that they can prescribe these things should the need arise.....? (I'm assuming your in the UK.)

Hey guys thank you for your comments , I am going to work hard on getting my levels back under control and hopr fully the other things will ease back into place I will also speak to my doc and see what comes of that I will keep you updated thank you do much

For question 1: I also get. It may be due to diabetic neuropathy. Check with doctor.

I would have to agree that there is a "Goldilocks zone" with the sugar levels regarding certain aspects of basic "social interaction", let alone intimate contact... Lol
