As long as the scales don't start shouting "one at a time please" or "no bus parties" I think you will be fine :D

Keep doing what you're doing and the weight will start to drop. Get the suggested tests if not. Good diet, good bg levels, more energy, weight loss...it's a win win win win situation so keep going.

I weigh at home, in the morning before shower, fully naked, why I hate being weighed at the doctors surgery by the DN as I know I can knock a few pounds off.
Keep up the good work and it should only go one way eventually!!!

I think you are awesomely brave.
No f'ing way would I weigh myself in public. :eek:

I get weighed once a year at the endocrinology unit and I ask the nurse NOT to tell me the result.
As soon as I know the number, the old head-games, targets, judgements and self denigration kick in.

I judge everything by my clothing fit.

Home made blue berry yoghurt.
Had two eggs and my once a week one round of bread toasted.
Some more home made yoghurt.
Probably having chicken and nuts shortly with yoghurt and spices kind of thing.

I am making jalapeño poppers tonight. Need something snacky and hot for watching the Games. My daughter's pal is pole vaulting. Go Jax! Woop!

Breakfast turkey rashers, fried egg, mushrooms
lunch tuna and cottage cheese salad
Dinner another Big Mac in a bowl. This time with beef mince. Mouth still on fire so maybe I don't need any jalpeno poppers.

JUst looked in the pantry and there are some yoghurt fruit bars.
75% carbs!!!!!!!!

I'm enjoying making my own yoghurt.
Going to try chucking in a little milk powder next batch see If I can thicken it up a little.

At the making stage or after?

I think experiments are in order... I've always added cream, on top, in the bowl. But it really does make sense to mix it in at the start. Mind you, you will probably find that the cream rises to the top, during brewing, but you can always stir it back in, before serving.

I may have to make sone tonight. :happy:

Brunch: cheese and quorn chorizo omelette

Dinner: jalapeño poppers. Chocolate pecan mug cake brownie thing with caramel flavoured whipped cream. Red wine.

The poppers were awesome! I made half with just cheese and half with cheese and chopped quorn chorizo. Will definitely make these again if I can get the peppers. These were from morrisons.

Brekkie: no eggs :wideyed: No yog :wideyed: Nothing to eat... :eek: Had to open a tin of salmon.

Lunch: Brie and scratchings

Snack: peanut 9bar

Evening: chicken curry (chicken chopped and stir fried in rapeseed oil, with curry paste, then added powdered coconut cream and chopped pineapple). With very crunchy sugarsnaps and cauliflower. Panna cotta.
