When I look at the depth of detail and assumptions made in these forums I wonder if punters are working with too much information or are they working with not enough information
Obviously, we do not want to be like the dog chasing its tail (using too much info getting nowhere) and we ultimately want long term good health.
In the UK the med. advisers are saying long term good health is dependent on a balanced diet.
My old specialist was the same.
My new specialist says short term no major carbs is good, but when my weight reduces enough, and my resistance reduces I should add more carbs.
Has my new specialist got it right or wrong?
BTW He speaks in general terms so he does not seem to think everyone is different (my observation is everyone likes to think they are different)
