My diet hasn't changed a great deal and the can eat most things I ate before as part of a meal . Somettmes ,it means small portions or having to go for a long walk/ride/run first ( there are a few exceptions which I don't think are worth attempting Things like Christmas cake/pudding/mince pies are amongst them and I don't eat many things like biscuits which people would normally eat between meals)
What I do miss is spontaneity.
Recently, on a lovely sunny afternoon at a local tourist trap with both my children and all my grandchildren, everyone of them from my OH to the smallest grandchild had a great big cone. I wouldn't have thought about eating it if they hadn't had one .Pump or not it was too close to lunch and I hadn't really been active so I didn't feel I could have one, I put on a big smile . This time though it didn't last, I couldn't stop the tears in my eyes and had to walk away, I thought I'd got over that.

None to be honest. I love my food. I don't exclude anything as occasional choices. I admit I binge more at xmas. Rest of year I expsriment with anything. Just found a choc chip coffee cake recipe with less than 10g of carbs per portion, blueberry muffins less than 10g per muffin and so love my cheese and walnuts every night!!!
Don't miss tasteless pasta at all. Still have bowls of delicious bolognese or curry mixes.. Etc. pasta is so tasteless n bland its gross!!!!

Love my blueberries n cherries n raspberries with cream or greek yogurt for breakfast. Who on earth would prefer toast or porridge to that???

I love food....I'm size 10... No way do I go without anything!! I have red wine at weekends.

I am not missing any food at all!!!

I JUST CUT DOWN ON STUFF LIKE ONLY HAVE 2 Mr KIPLING CAKES A DAY,HALF A CHOCOLATE ORANGE,AND NO MORE
THAN 2 SLICES OF BUTTERD TOAST.WELL IT WORKS FOR ME!!!!! DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME OR ANYWERE ELSE.

Nor can I. Am worrying about a visit next weekend that I have to postpone. Could write about food that I used to like but, hey, where did those cravings go? They have disappeared and I don't mind, good riddance. **** weather some of today here too, but also some blustery and sunny spells by the sea, energising. Saw a flock of little egrets.

For the last few weeks I've been seeing small flocks of geese on the move.
First time was while the hot sunny weather was with us and me and my wife looked at each and thought the same '...is the weather about to turn and it did.
I think a hard winter is coming.
