I'm so relieved. Since starting LCHF just over a week ago I have managed to shed 4.5 lbs. Only 22.5 lbs to go!

Don't get too hooked on the rate of loss, expecting this week to be replicated week on week. It's like any other diet, there's a bit of water going in the first week or so.

No don't worry. I understand there will be plenty of peaks and troughs but at least I know I must be doing something right. My sugars are fantastic. Very much improved and generally between 6.5 and 7.8
