Excited about BS levels

Hi

I wanted to share this with everyone because I'm so excited!!

I got my Codefree meter today and have just done my first test since finding out I was diabetic (1 month ago). I've been trying very hard to do the LCHF, let's say for 2 weeks because I didn't discover it straight away.

Anyway, blood sugars on diagnosis were 15 and today they were 9.7!!! I think that's fantastic and at least I know now that my diet change is working. Just going to eat my dinner then will test again tonight, but I'm sure it'll be fine
