As a T2 Diabetic Patient I am on Janumet (50/1000) in the morning and at night and Metformin 500 in the noon.
Can anybody advise whether there is any difference in taking the pills after or before meals ? If yes, exactly what is the appropriate timing ? In most cases I take immediately after meal , or in some days (in case I dine out) take medications before going to bed ( at least after a quite sometimes after meal) . Another point I want to share that I take other medications from High blood pressure , blood thiners etc also at the same time with diabetic medications . Can anybody put some light on the subject?

Hi @Kaha,

Doesn't the Patient Information Leaflet advise you on the timing of your meds?

You could use this site to do an interaction checker if you are worried about the combination of your meds.

I will bump your post up to see if anyone can advise as I don't take any of the meds you mention with the exception of BP ones.
