did about 30 minutes walking today- still not 100 % but hoping to get back on numb bum machine tomorrow.

Did a 30 minute walk at lunchtime and the. Another 30 this evening as I had to go stick some letters in the post box so I just kept going and walked round the block - but wow it was cold

only managed 20 mins yesterday- 5 peddling and then 15 minutes walk.
Today will be 10 minutes walk and 20 on bike- need to let dinner settle first.

I've been doing challenges since March and I can honestly say that this time it's hard . When it's so cold and dark I just want to curl up in front of the TV.
I suppose this is why they call it a challenge lol

Such a long time since I've been in here but @Jamrox I'm keeping up with the walking...usually in my lunchtime break as its dark now after work and its a bit off putting.....45 minute walk yesterday, was going to look for Xmas prezzies but there's plenty of time for that...feel a bit guilty as I've not posted about it bbbut I have been doing it....

Yesterday spent 6 hrs walking around the shops in total and was knackered by the time I got home. Today I only managed a 20 minutes walk but hopefully all the running around helped too

No sunshine here and not a five mile walk but went for 35 minutes with my son in the local park..

Glad I went early today , we be had showers this afternoon but it's nice now.

22 minutes peddling, 3 mins sit ups ( not many as I'm rubbish at them)- will do bit more peddling tonight.
So got back on after dinner and did another 28 minutes. So 50 today plus 3 mins sit ups .. I'll be aching tomorrow.

Its now abit cold and wet for me, so its wii fit of an evening. Much warmer.
