I have a bilateral peripheral neuropathy in my feet that was supposedly caused by alcohol.
I've been injecting vitamin B12 for four years and I was beginning to see an improvement, then I got T2 diabetes and the problem is getting worse. I've been using Lyrica as a painkiller but my tolerance is starting to build up and I need more. They're expensive, addictive and now ineffective.
Short term, I need a new pain killer. Long term I need a solution! At the moment I can't stand or walk for very long before the pain is too much, I'm practically confined to the house. Is this going to end in amputation?
Thanks - rev
