40 minute walk during the lunch hour, didn't fancy it at first as its been bitter cold the last couple of days but didn't feel cold by the time I'd finished!!

Did nt formally so my 30 minutes but did wander around Glasgow and attended my daughters graduation . Proud day

Day of today as busy in town. Going on a ghost walk tomorrow night so hopefully I can keep up these days.

Did 2 x 10 minute walks so far and will do another 10 before I go to bed

Day off yesterday and today was a ghost walk and some walking to pub and back - say about 1htr total moving.

Had shower. Needed 30 minutes rest. Walked 10 minutes to shops. Food shopping and walk back. 1 1/2 sleep. Chemotherapy can be a bug---r to recover from..

But planning my country walks again this weekend

Thanks. Chemotherapy finished in August but recovery is going to take another couple of months at least. So they say.
