Sallybee Welcome...there is so much you can do at home...sometimes I go for a walk round the living room or up and down stairs....just to get your pulse racing...once you get going you can increase the intensity depending on what your current base health is..you can even do seated yoga...check on youtube loads of stuff...Good LuckThank you all for your messages.
I dont seem to have made much progress in respect of changing my lifestyle. I had planned to go for a walk with my husband, but he has hurt his back and can't walk far, and as amongst other things i have a form of agoraphobia I cant go out!
I have been busy at my sewing machine though, so I dont get bored!
