suitable snacks?

Can anyone give me some snack ideas please? I'm on a low carb diet controll for gestational diabetes, it seems things like crisps send my readings higher than things like chocolate. And I'm always hungry lately!

So far iv been eating eggs, humous and salad, cottage cheese and salad or abit of fruit, natural yogurt and mixed nuts, mixed nuts on their own.. but now I'm stuck for simple snack ideas!

Pickled eggs! I used to love them but had completely forgotten about them! Must get some, they'd be great as a snack now
