I have just downloaded the 30 day meal plan for type 2 diabetes... is there a misprint... "8 chicken breasts, chopped.... Serves 2"? If it said chop two chicken breasts into eight pieces I might have agreed but eight chicken breasts doesn't sound right (and expensive!)
But later I see Thai Green Curry... serves 1... 4 chicken breasts
I know protein is good but this seems excessive... has anyone tried out these recipes?
