Is there anyone else out there still using it?

Am I the only one who thinks it's actually superb!? BG control is better than ever!

I'm not, switched to the Insight. The problem wasn't the BG control, just the reliability of the pump. tbh I had all sorts of problems, plus the 3-day change thing was a nightmare with my job and very wasteful of insulin.

I don't think my numbers woudl have been vecy mch different

Last 7 days - 6.1
last 30 days - 5.7
last 90 days - 5.6

Last week on site in Romania and running a bit higher to avoid hypos during the working day. Also suffering a bit from overheated buildings.

My sugars have vastly improved since going on the pump and low carbing.

The Cellnovo has had its faults, most seriously was a recall on ICs. Other than my initial difficulties adjusting basals and ins:carb ratios I've been ok bar the odd occlusion (always seem to happen when your in a rush!).

Am going through 30-35iu (down from 50-55iu on the NHS diabetic diet) per day so the capacity is just right for me.

Admittedly doing a change once a week would be better but it would probably mean a bigger pump.

I'm the only one using it at my clinic, I'm hoping I don't have to drop out as think it's great, roll on the mkII!
