I've got into full fat greek yoghurt and find it very tasty for breakfast. I would like some advice on what to put in it to make a it a little bit crunchy. I have been using a dessert spoon of rice crispies and some blueberries.

What else can I do without carbing it up too much

I'm sure there's more.
Crushed nuts.
A finger of fudge is just enough to give your kids a treat .... you know those things .... I slice one up into wafer thin slices and chuck it in with a half sliced up orange or pear with a little of the juice and teaspoon of honey.
That's in a large pot which I get four servings out of.
To stop me eating the whole pot I dish it up in a ramakin pot or small cup.
Do I live dangerously or what!

Shredded coconut. Very few carbs indeed, nice crunch and lovely with yoghurt.

Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and linseeds are good healthy choices.

Pine nuts with my yoghurt and (blue)berries is my preference, but I've also had slivered almonds, or a bit of flax seed (aka linseed which I don't really care for in this combination). A small piece of apple with the walnuts would be nice - I make a sour cream or yoghurt dressing for my salad with apple, walnuts and celery, but I think I'd draw the line at this mix for breakfast. Blackberries and apple are another good combination, but I prefer raspberries and strawberries in my yoghurt without any extras. I can sometimes manage a small nectarine, and the pine nut and almonds go well with it, and it's great with thick cream in place of the yoghurt too.
