I got a 5 only a few nights ago, really feel like I'm finally getting somewhere! Mind you, am still getting 12 - 15 with dawn phenomenomenom and spending the rest of the day trying to get it down!

Thank you Clive, still learning. Breakfast was two slices of vogel toast. I am trying to decide if these figures mean that I can manage bread ok, or if my numbers would be less than 8.3 if I go low carb. I will start a new thread as to not derail this thread.
