A couple of glasses of vino and some breaded mushrooms sounds like a civilised night out. A couple of bottles of vino, a loaf of Sarries, followed by a whole tray bake of bread and butter pudding? That's more like a wagon sabbatical.So have been Lchf for 4 weeks now but today has been bad a few large dry white wines and some breaded mushrooms is it easy to get back on it tomorrow? Feel a huge sure of guilt!!!!
