I do that with red bush tea and ask for a pot of hot water. I am not a fan of normal tea but will drink most herbal tea

Just highlights the value of regularly timed meals . :)
Sometimes though its not possible so contingency plans at the ready.........

I know clive- made me realise too that I had nothing at hand to eat that would lift my levels other than the rich tea but they were only around 6gm carbs!

Morning all

5.8 - higher by 1.4 than the lowest reading this week - boo.

Knackered, 4 hours kip and not helped by the clock changes! It's grey, cold, wet and miserable down here in saga central. Bullet proof coffee didn't even touch the sides and hasn't kicked in yet. The weather predicted to get wetter, windier, nastier as the morning goes on and I've got an hours drive to paddock wood to run a half marathon.

Bring it on!!

Tues - 7.2
Wed - 7.6
Thurs - 6.7
Fri - 7.2

Then it goes a bit haywire as I work nights at the weekend and I don't know morning time from my elbow! So no reading on Sat morning and Sunday was 7.1 (although I ate through the night, grazing on nuts, cheese, salad, strawberries and cream).

Monday morning looms and back to the routine of normal mealtimes and testing.
